2. Services Provided
Matrix Real Estate Investors LLC DBA Murthy Buys Houses lists and sells residential real estate properties through direct sales to buyers and accepts offers from potential buyers. We may provide property listings, the ability to reserve listings with a deposit, accept offers, and facilitate contracts and closings. All purchases are subject to execution of a formal purchase agreement and clear title.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts in the jurisdiction governing the transaction. By using the site you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
4. Listings, Offers, and Reservations
- Listings: Property descriptions, photos, and pricing are provided by Matrix Real Estate Investors LLC DBA Murthy Buys Houses. Listings are subject to change or prior sale.
- Offers: Buyers may submit offers using the “Place Offer” form. Offers are non-binding until accepted by Murthy Buys Houses and documented in a signed purchase agreement.
- Reservations & Deposits: Some properties may be reservable with a deposit. Deposit terms (refundability, application to purchase price) will be clearly stated on the reservation form. Payment of a deposit does not constitute a completed sale and is subject to contract terms.
5. Payments, Fees & Refunds
Payments for deposits or purchases are processed through third-party payment providers (e.g., Stripe). Payment processing fees, if any, will be disclosed at the time of payment. 6. Contracts and E-signatures
Signed purchase agreements and related documents may be executed electronically using an e-signature provider (e.g., PandaDoc, DocuSign). Electronic signatures are legally binding to the extent permitted by applicable law.
7. Representations & Disclaimers
- Properties are sold as-is unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for inspecting properties and performing your own due diligence.
- While we strive for accuracy in listing information, we do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of listings, photos, or descriptions. Buyers should verify material facts independently.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Matrix Real Estate Investors LLC DBA Murthy Buys Houses and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or from any transactions. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed amounts actually paid to us by you in connection with the transaction giving rise to such claim (if any).

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting “STOP” to the shortcode. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. After this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up again through our website.
